Preview your song, confirm your audio rights, then select Remove vocals. The result appears here with Instrumental selected. The vocal track is included in the same job.
Listen through the instrumental, especially the chorus and quiet sections. Download the Instrumental WAV and open the saved file in the player you plan to use for practice.
Switch between the original and Instrumental at the same playback position. Listen to a chorus, a quiet section and a transition to hear how much voice remains and whether important instruments have changed.
Lead vocals, harmonies and reverb can overlap the music. Check gaps between phrases and the ends of long notes. This two-track tool groups voices together; it does not offer a lead-only removal control.
Save the Instrumental WAV for accompaniment and the Vocals WAV as a reference. Changing which track you listen to or download does not start another separation. Keep your original recording alongside them.
Listen during loud choruses and long vocal tails. Reverb, harmonies or traces of the lead voice can remain; complete vocal removal is not guaranteed.
Instruments that overlap with the voice may sound thinner or have audible artifacts. Compare the instrumental with the original around important rhythm and melody cues.
Select and loop a passage on the waveform, then adjust speed and pitch in the workbench. Prepare export applies your current settings to an MP3 or WAV; original downloads keep the source tempo and pitch. Save your audio and setup before the links expire, then reopen the same files in Audio Practice.

How your audio is handledTwo-track and four-track tools share this allowance. Shared site capacity or network safeguards can pause processing even if you have jobs left. Previewing a local file or listening to an example uses no processing jobs. Use recordings you own or have permission to process.
For songs, both names describe separating the singing from the accompaniment. This tool gives you an Instrumental WAV for karaoke or practice and a Vocals WAV from the same job. The music comes from your recording; separation can leave traces of the voice or alter instruments that overlap with it.
There is no separate lead or backing vocal control. The model may put both into the vocal track, and some voices or reverb may remain in the instrumental. Check the result against the arrangement you need.
The instrumental can be used as a karaoke or rehearsal backing track if the separation is suitable and you have the necessary rights. It is a WAV audio file, without on-screen lyrics or a karaoke video.
Vocal removal focuses on the accompaniment; acapella extraction focuses on the voice. Both use the same two-track separation here. You can listen to and download either result without submitting the song twice.
Yes. Completed jobs include both full-length WAV tracks, with no account, email address or payment required. The allowance is up to 5 jobs per browser per day, shared across our separation pages and reset at midnight UTC. Each file must be no longer than 10 minutes and no larger than 100 MB. Network safeguards and site-wide capacity limits also apply.
Choose a mono or stereo MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A or OGG file your browser can play. Use audio you own or have permission to process. YouTube, Spotify and SoundCloud links are not accepted. Separation does not grant rights to publish someone else’s recording.
Download links expire 55 minutes after processing finishes. Uploads are private, temporarily stored and deleted automatically; that does not extend the download window. Save your WAVs promptly. See the privacy policy for retention details.
This browser can recover its latest two-track job using an essential temporary cookie, including when you move between the homepage and these two-track pages. Check the existing job before submitting another. Recovery does not start a new separation, and a local original preview is not restored after a refresh.
