Set your pace
Enter a BPM, move the slider or tap a steady pulse. You can also bring a reading directly from BPM Finder, BPM Counter or Tap Tempo. Check the beat level before practising.
Press Start when you are ready.
Tap at least twice to set a tempo.
Keep this page visible while practising. Changing tempo or the beat pattern restarts at beat 1. This is a steady practice click; it does not follow or change a recording. Settings reset when you leave.
Set a comfortable tempo and play along. Choose a clear first beat, add smaller clicks when you need them, and build a steadier phrase one repetition at a time.

Set how many beats you count in a bar. Add two, three or four evenly spaced clicks per beat if you want smaller timing cues. Turn on Accent beat 1 to hear the start of each bar.
Press Start metronome and adjust the volume. Restart beat 1 for a new phrase, or stop whenever you need. Keep this page visible: backgrounding or an audio interruption pauses the click until you start again.
The BPM always counts the main beat. At 120 BPM, two clicks per beat gives four clicks per second without changing the 120 BPM pulse. Triplets divide each beat into three equal parts.
Choose a tempo at which you can play the complete phrase comfortably, then raise it in small steps. Changing tempo or the beat pattern restarts the bar on beat 1. Volume changes leave the rhythm running.
A fixed click does not detect a song’s first beat or follow tempo changes. Use BPM Finder or Tap Tempo to choose a starting number. This metronome does not synchronize with audio practice, stretch recordings or add clicks to exported WAVs.
Yes. It works without an account, upload or separation allowance. The click is generated in your browser. No microphone or audio file is required.
BPM sets the main beats per minute. Beats per bar sets the length of the repeating count. Clicks per beat divides each main beat into one, two, three or four equal parts. The accent marks only the first main beat of a bar.
Yes. Choose Use in metronome beside a BPM reading between 20 and 300. It opens this page with that tempo selected; you still press Start yourself. You can also enter a number directly or use the Tap tempo button here.
No. Keep this page visible while practising. Hiding the page, leaving it, an audio interruption or a missed scheduling window pauses the metronome. Return and press Start for a fresh beat. It does not replay missed clicks.
Check click volume, the mute button, your device volume and browser sound permissions. Bluetooth and other audio devices can add output delay. If the browser cannot start audio, the page shows an error and lets you try again.
Settings stay in this page until you leave. A BPM handoff link includes only the selected tempo. Optional usage measurement counts fixed actions such as starting, tapping or an interruption; it does not send your BPM, tap timing, beat pattern or volume.
Find the pulse, check a tricky reading and choose a practice pace.
Make practice tracks from a recording you own or have permission to use. Choose the file on the next page: separation uploads your audio for processing and uses the shared free daily allowance.
Isolate the combined drum track from your recording to listen more closely to the rhythm.

Keep the instrumental for singing practice. Compare it with the original, then save the WAV.
